I had the sync 3 issues with my 2020 Lariat, It was set up to automatically update over wifi. and was showing the 22251 build. If you can synch your entire phone book then this would be about a 5 minute process. So not sure if you tried deleting your phone from the truck and re-adding. I think someone had a similar issue and found the phone had been set to airplane mode or something like that stopping it from pairing with his truck.
