How long does it take uscis to actively review i-130.
Hello. I submitted my i130 on October 2 of this year (2021) and got a "your case is being actively reviewed" 1 week later. I am doing the i130 for my spouse and I am a US citizen. How long after actively reviewed does it take? And since it is being actively reviewed does that mean mine is going quicker?
