I believe that the power to closed that relay coms from the ECM, just like the power for the Lift Pump. There are several with the same part number and are interchangeable.In order to bypass the fuel shut off solenoid simply cut the plunger off the solenoid with side cutters, and screw the solenoid back into the bottom of the carburetor.
