Aye. I've had this before, and then one day, the light magically switched back to the lighting that I had selected in the Alienware Command software. A few days ago, I had an issue and have to shut down improperly. When I turned it back on it blinked a bunch of different diagnostics and didn't boot up.The display won't show anything, there isn't any sound, the keyboard backlights don't light up, etc. Additionally, when I plug in the charger, the blue light seems to turn off upon making contact with the port. If I take the charger out of the laptop, the blue light still stays off until I unplug it from the wall socket and plug it back in.
