If you run bike at highway speeds and oil starts coming out of the air cleaner, you've put too much in the engine. Amsoil 75-110w (SVT) Gear oil in the Tranny - 1 qt. Amsoil chart shows the 20w-50 engine oil because that's Harley's recommendation. Call Amsoil Tech department if you don't believe me.
Install a new O-ring. Slide the new O-ring onto the transmission plug and run it all the way to the bottom. Re-install the drain plug. Snug it up by hand, then use the torque wrench set at 14-21 foot-pounds torque to tighten it. I ost oil pressure on my 2005 road glide Its got the 95 kit installed but now need oil pump and maybe more have to open up and see any ideas what the best way to go is ive got anouther 88 twin cam already on the bike so motor is sitting on my bench waiting to see I bout the bike used but has the 95 kit and Andrews cams right now/Just pour a quart in the primary. Transmission will take about 23-24 oz., maybe some more, maybe less. The dipstick has a full mark on it. Use to get to the right level. Don't screw the dipstick all the way in. Just one turn to make sure it's at the right angle. Make sure the bike's in a upright postion.

Just a little slippage once in a while. I installed an oil temp plug over the weekend and so far my temps are between 210 and 220. That was at 75-80 mph for about 30 minutes or so. At my next oil change I'm going to try either Mobil 1 v-twin or AMSOIL. I'll keep ya posted as to how hot it gets.
