Hybrid (or even Eco mode for the gas models) let's you control acceleration better so you don't step on it too fast from a dead stop. 2019 should be reliable. Apart from noise/perhaps a jerky transmission, the LE AWD doesn’t have the transfer case issues. Shouldn’t have anything that affects reliability.
