Delta would pay $114.95 and I would have to pay $87. I called Delta and found that I had $215 left out of the $500 max. I felt that since I had $215 left Delta should pay the 100% . When I questioned Delta, I was told that my Dentist was a PREMIER dentist not a PPO. I had never hear that there were different levels of their dental network.
