There’s no difference in length on those guns, one has a shorter barrel but the built in comp makes the slides the same size, so from a conceal ability standpoint it’s a non issue. That extra .6in of barrel length isn’t going to do anything substantial for muzzle velocities so I wouldn’t use that in my decision making.
Bottom gun in the stack is an HK P30 which is roughly the same dimensions as a Glock 19. The second picture is a Macro slide on an XL frame with a Macro 17 round mag inserted. I love the Macro, it definitely represents a paradigm shift for the ideal carry gun IMO. Markedly smaller than the G19, flatter shooting, without compromising capacity.

The X-Macro Grip is still a good bit longer than the P365 XL and that's always the part of any carry gun that prints and sticks out the most. I think the XL is the concealed carry winner.
