Second time I made a big stink over it. The part was on national backorder. Few weeks later, I received the official recall letter in the mail.
You have to remove the wiper arms and then remove the black plastic cowl panel. Fuses for heated seats on your 2002 are in the Multi-Fuse/Relay Box B (under hood beside battery) fuse #62 (20A) and in the Driver's Under-dash Fuse/Relay Box #4 (7.5A). The 12V socket in the front works fine, but I found that the one in the back is not working when using the same accessories (100W inverter, LED light).

The 2011 Odyssey EXL is our second Odyssey. Had the first one for over 10 years. Love the Odyssey (the 2011 is so much better than the 2001), but have two issues now. First, we are now getting the stupid LOW BATT message again. Battery was low and barely started the van. Had this problem before back in 2014 while the van was still under warranty.
