The 1300 will sound more HD-like but the theory was that the 1800 would be smoother.I've read that the only real way to get a wider rear MC tire on the 1300 is to do a Foot's Mod - which is replacing the 1300's wheel with that from an 1800C, which is 4.5" wide.
