Isx blowing coolant out overflow but not overheating.

My Volvo has a new multichamber coolant overflow tank that transfers coolant onto the ground. On one side of the tank, the sensor tells me I'm low on coolant, so I fill it up to the line. Then, the truck runs warm for a few hours, and coolant flows back into the other side, eventually filling up that chamber until it drains out hose to the ground.Feb 13, 2012. #1. It's nearly impossible to fill the Cruze's coolant and get all the air bubbles out so they work their way out as you drive. You'll need to put more coolant in in a few weeks simply to replace the air that's worked it's way out of the system.
