You have to repeat PID tune with Klipper any time you change anything on the toolhead. You also need to do PID tune with conditions similar to your printing conditions. That means moving toolhead in middle of the bed, setting print cooling fan to 25% for ABS or PETG or 100% if printing PLA, then doing PID tune with a temp maybe slightly higher ...Measuring Resonances¶. The PID parameters are closely tied to the polling interval, the oversampling rate, the ADC range, and the PWM range. PID values from other firmwares aren't going to transfer well, because of these differences in the implementation. There's nothing inherently less stable with Klipper's PID implementation.

PID autotune bed heater: There are some issues with Klippers PID autotune with the bed heater. The values that are currently active allow a stable temperature with little delay.
