September 2, 2016. To the Editor: I clearly know The Villages ruling on the directions, “for walking”, verses “golf carts”, verses, “biking”. But, I strongly disagree, and here is why. The rule has always been when WALKING on a highway, it is more safe to walk against traffic. This should not be applied to GOLF CART PATHS.
