The Sopranos, definitely. I watched Breaking Bad, Mad Men and the Wire also, but The Sopranos is still my number one favorite. If you like BB, you'll also like Sopranos although it's very different. Just try a few episodes and see if you like it. Don't watch just one episode, because it takes some time to get to know the characters.
